This update has some neat additions. The new categories help me better organize my pins and the travel ETAs give me a nice, quick snapshot of traffic conditions.
Lots to like in this new version! It’s really easy now to find nearby locations based on where I am and the ETA info is really helpful. Also like the swipe to edit feature. One of the more intuitive GPS apps I’ve used.
Nice additions in this version. My faves are the realtime ETAs on the navigation screen and swipe to edit. I’m using this app more and more to get around.
Lots of new features in this version. U can edit your pins, choose between driving, public transit, or walking directions - w/ ETA info for each of these modes - and u can also pin any place u want (not just your current location). Definitely worth the upgrade.
I like the new version. They kept the good stuff, made it easier to use, and added helpful new features. Now I can find an add places in a snap and its smart enough to use my current location to suggest nearby places I might want to add.
Some bad moments
This is a must have for professionals in Marketing!!! Helps you keep track of all pertinent locations!!!
Pin is such a convenient GPS, I use it every day! Getting directions with traffic & detour info in real-time is a big help - and I love the Apple Watch app too!
I’m liking this app more and more… it’s great when I’m out of town (accurate directions & traffic info) and also very helpful when I need to catch the train into the city (useful schedules/maps, etc.).
Handy Subway Info
No complaints with Pin. It’s very easy to save locations and even easier to navigate back. I take public transportation periodically and the transit directions & schedule info’s really helpful!
I use my phone as a GPS. I enjoy having directions on my Apple Watch! I also love just tapping one of my pins and getting turn by turn directions. I especially appreciate pin GPS realtime and using it for places I havent visited in awhile. Pin tackles this pretty nicely in both the iPhone and Apple Watch Apps.
I’ve used other gps apps on my phone for directions to help me avoid traffic when I’m heading to/from work. While Pin’s capabilities are similar, I really like its simple approach to storing/organizing my favorite places. It’s quick and easy: you just get in, tap your place, and you’re off!
